Melanie Kiley is an Independent Organisational Change and Development Consultant. 

Mark Peters was born and educated in Ireland – after school he became a commercial banker with Allied Irish Bank plc, Dublin in 1979. 

In 1985 he obtained a grant scholarship with the Ford Foundation in the US to research the financing of small business and community development, based in South Africa.  This research involved working directly with Social Investment Banks in 12 countries over 30 months.

Colleen is a respected and integral member of the Results Coaching Team of trainers, mentors and assessors in South Africa and RCS International. Coming from a background in Psychology and Brain–based learning, she is a highly motivational and inspirational speaker and trainer with deep insight into human functioning and the science behind behavior, emotions and learning. Colleen’s positive and energetic style is a reflection of the passion she has for her career and people, as well as a life living her core purpose of being a catalyst for change.

Sharon was born in Pietermaritzburg in 1965 but relocated to Durban at an early age. She matriculated from Westville Girls’ High School in 1982 and went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts Degree (majoring in Psychology) at the University of Natal, Durban in 1985.

Sharon’s background in Human Resources has afforded her valuable insight into effective mentoring and coaching principles and techniques. Having frequently provided line managers and employees with the support and guidance to develop their own and other’s potential, her transition to a becoming a professional Coach has been a natural progression.

Janet du Preez, creative visionary, owner and lead facilitator of Tools of Greatness, had a wonderfully rich upbringing, resulting in a deeply adventurous spirit, a fascination with the diversity of human experience and a great sense of awe at the miracle of life and creativity. Before turning 18 she had attended 6 different schools, lived on 2 continents, in 3 countries, 6 cities and at least 10 different houses. Although she has been physically settled in Johannesburg since 1978, she has turned her attention from geographic adventure to the exploration of human behaviour and personal and business effectiveness.

Alison is an Organisational Development consultant who has worked for the past 14 years with various organisations in the areas of leadership, change enablement and strategy.

Lucille Greeff is a facilitator and OD practitioner with a specific interest in reinventing management and organisations to be fit for human consumption. She has worked with organisations from a variety of fields in the public, private and NGO sectors. She has a BA (Hons) degree in Psychology and an MA in Development Studies and has also completed further training in system dynamics modelling.
