Helena Dolny is a coach, consultant and facilitator. She started off her career as an agricultural economist and is known in South Africa for having been the Managing Director of the Land Bank in the late nineties, and author of the book, Banking on Change (Penguin 2001).  The Land Bank leadership experience inspired Helena to change her career. Even though implementing new a business strategy with new financial products was hugely exciting she was more challenged by the post-apartheid shifts required at a personal and organisational level.

Mark Peters was born and educated in Ireland – after school he became a commercial banker with Allied Irish Bank plc, Dublin in 1979. 

In 1985 he obtained a grant scholarship with the Ford Foundation in the US to research the financing of small business and community development, based in South Africa.  This research involved working directly with Social Investment Banks in 12 countries over 30 months.

Sharon was born in Pietermaritzburg in 1965 but relocated to Durban at an early age. She matriculated from Westville Girls’ High School in 1982 and went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts Degree (majoring in Psychology) at the University of Natal, Durban in 1985.

Sharon’s background in Human Resources has afforded her valuable insight into effective mentoring and coaching principles and techniques. Having frequently provided line managers and employees with the support and guidance to develop their own and other’s potential, her transition to a becoming a professional Coach has been a natural progression.
